Please Note: Donations to the U.S. Chamber are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution but a portion is deductible as a business expense. Since the U.S. Chamber engages in lobbying, under federal law 50% of 2011 investments is deductible as a business expense. In the case of employees who are not reimbursed by their employer for Chamber membership investments, the business expense may be subject to the limits of Section 67 of the Internal Revenue Code.
